I am voting yes to the single referendum question as it appears on the ballot paper as follows:

“To alter the Constitution to recognise the First Peoples of Australia by establishing an Abooriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice.”

In a nutshell, it means that the Voice would be comprised of elected First Nations peoples acting in an advisory capacity only, on issues that directly affect Australian Aborigines and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
