Another rich gathering of interesting and complicated women this week at Sunraysia Murray Darlings Red Hatters.
What an interesting group we are…full of quirks and foibles, multi-talented and interested, strong and vulnerable, chatty and quiet: all in the one space.
Some wear their heart on their sleeve, some keep their troubles stuffed down and put up the brave front…we are all still learning. We annoy each other, and support each other…often without even knowing which we are doing and when we are doing it.
Like most women, we are all wired to detect the meanings that lie below, and most often, this serves us well, and occasionally it leads us astray by misinterpreting and causing sadnesses that may go undetected and unadmitted.
Despite this, I would change NOTHING about this group of wild, wonderful, weird, damaged, healed, kind, strong, wonderfully RICH women…being with them is an irreplaceable part of MY life experience!
I love them all.

I am always amazed when a group of woman from totally different backgrounds each with our own lives , baggage , health issues and personallities can come together over coffee and cake and enjoy each others company , i always come away from these gatherings having learnt something .
